COURSE DESCRIPTION
The qualification develops learners’ knowledge and understanding of areas of management and leadership. It is therefore suitable for learners wishing to increase their knowledge to progress to employment, further qualifications in management and leadership or to HE.
There are no specific entry requirements however learners should have literacy and numeracy skills appropriate to working towards a level 4 qualification. As the qualification is knowledge based there is no requirement to have access to a workplace but learners would usually have some relevant experience.
WHAT COULD THE QUALIFICATION LEAD TO
This qualification is assessed through activities which are developed by the centre, internally marked and sampled as part of quality assurance/ internal verification procedures.
